How much does it cost to start a Denook contest?
A minimal fee of $10

Can I receive a refund after posting my contest?
Yes you have 24 hours to receive a refund. After that no refunds are accepted.

How long does it take for a Denook contest holder to announce a winner?
It takes 1-7 days until they announce a winner.

How do I receive my payment?
You and the design nook holder should exchange details through our private messaging system upon announcement of winning entry/sale.

How do I receive my files from the designer?
You and the designer should exchange details, upon payment the designer should send you your design files that you requested in the contest details.

How do I claim a winner?
Just go into your design contest, click the "edit" tab and type in the name of the username in the "Winner" field.

My Denook contest doesn't have a lot of entries, or I'm not satisfied with any entries. Can I extend the contest?
Yes, you can always extend your contest - this will allow you to have more entries, or more modifications from submitted entries.

Do I have to pick a winner?
Yes, you must pick a winner. You are allowed to extend your contest until you find someone who can create the right presence for you.

Does Denook host Guaranteed Contests?
We are working on a system for Guaranteed Contests. We are aiming to release in November 2008.
