All public profile information is solely used for our community only. This lets others know a little bit about you. Your profile information is stored in our database and isn't distributed to any third parties.

Private Messages and Chat Transcripts
This information is kept private between "you" and "the parties". Denook does not review or alter this information in any way, unless there is a report of spam. All of this information is kept private in our database and isn't distributed to any third parties.

Financial Information
General financial information such your name, last name, address, zip code, city, state, and email is stored on our database. Private information such as your credit card number, billing address, billing zip code isn't stored with us. We use paypal who stores that private information on their server. None of the information held between both Denook and Paypal is distributed to any third parties.

Analytics
Your IP Address is currently stored on our database, and activity to capture private analytics in the Denook infrastructure. We also capture general information such as page views, unique visits, with the company Google to measure site activity.

Designs
Your design is solely used only for our community projects. We do not sell, take copyright ownership in your designs. We are also not liable for copyright infrigement over your designs. If there is an issue, we kindly remove it off our database. All of your entries are stored in our servers, and secured. We do not destribute them to any third party companies.

Projects
All projects and details are stored in our servers, but may be crawled by search engines such as Google, Yahoo, Bing, MSN, etc. None of the database information is distributed with third party companies.
