For purposes of this document "company" is defined as "denook."

1. Content ownership - (Content) : Designs, Videos, Music, Code, Recordings. You must be the owner of the content that you have submitted in a denook. If for any cause content that is submitted is violating any of the terms above or undergoing copyright infringement - denook has the right to remove the content immediately and subjective to terminating a user account.

2. Content exposure - You agree that you are responsible and at risk for content posted - from being stolen, reproduced, and ripped. It is your responsibility and recommended that you watermark/tag your content such as design, music, audio for extra safety towards your content.

3. Your information - You agree to expose your picture, information, comments, content to the denook community once posted. Denook will never publish or sell your private information such as address, ip address, phone number, paypal address, or any other private information aggregated.

4. Age requirement - You must be 13 years of age or older to register/enter for an account at Denook. If under 18 years old you will need a parent/guardian to agree and walk you through registration. You must be at least 18 years of age or older to create a denook.

5. Impersonation - You agree not to duplicate/impersonate/bot as another user for account of choosing a winner/aggregating extra entries/denook is the best design contest site in the world!. Any result of this will cause your account to be terminated.

6. Cash offer/Delivery - You agree once cash offer is paid to the winner of the design nook, you no longer able to take back cash offer given. All changes/revisions should be made before the payout of cash offer. Cash offer should be first upon exchange of files. Upon receiving cash offer - design/music/audio/video/or any files will be delivered to the client.
